What exists today and what comes next
- Today: the free 25-question practice test, explainer pages and regulation tracking.
- In progress: the full bank and timed mock tests. You get access by email as soon as they are ready — by 31 March 2027 at the latest.
- When the regulation is published: we adapt the questions and mock tests to the official format and let you know.
The terms, in plain English
- Refund before delivery: until you receive access to the full bank, you can ask for a full refund at any time, no questions asked.
- Refund if we are late: if the full bank is not available by 31 March 2027, you can ask for a full refund.
- Refund if the official format is incompatible: if the regulation sets an oral/interview-only assessment, proof by certificate or course only, or exempts your group from the test, you can ask for a full refund within 60 days of publication.
- No promises we cannot keep: we do not sell “official questions” or pass guarantees. We are not connected to the Government of Portugal. We do not give legal advice.

Frequently asked questions
Do you have the official exam questions?
No. Nobody does: the format and any official bank have not been published. Our questions are original, cover the topics the law names and cite a source for every answer.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, in euros, by card and other methods shown at checkout. Your bank may add currency conversion or foreign-transaction fees.
What if the official test is oral, certificate-only or very different?
If the official format makes the product useless for preparing — for example an oral/interview-only assessment, proof by certificate or course only, or an exemption from the test for your situation — you get a full refund, as long as you ask within 60 days of the regulation being published.
Does this guarantee I will pass?
No. No material can guarantee a pass, and the pass mark is not known yet. What we offer is structured, sourced practice on the law's topics.
